The Summer Playground is an 8 week drop-in day program for children ages 5 to 12. We have two locations open from 7:30 in the morning to 6:30 p.m.
The program runs from June 21st to August 13th. Both sites will be closed on Friday, July 2nd and Monday, July 5th.

At Summer Playground kids spend their days participating in age appropriate sports, arts and crafts, group games, nature walks, and other events based on weekly themes.
Our goal is to have fun! Special guests throughout the summer allow children to learn about insects and animals, play on jump houses, watch a magic show and more.
At the end of the summer we have two sleepovers; one for 5 to 8 year olds and another for 9 to 12 year olds.

4. Calworks and Marin Child Care users include a letter or documentation from your social worker verifying payment

C.I.T PROGRAM

13 – 15 year olds, come join the Counselor in Training Program!

C.I.T.s help keep the Summer Playground running smoothly by assisting counselors with activity set up, cleaning, snack preparation and other day to day duties. C.I.T.s work hard but they gain useful job experience that will give them an advantage when they’re ready to join the work force … and they do have some fun.

C.I.T.s are not paid.

To be considered for a position, please complete and submit the forms found online by May 31st. Please note

that not all who apply will be accepted. Applicants who submit their forms after May 31st will be placed on a

wait list.
